Unpacking. . .

I've spent a lot of time packing the last two years.

• packing 30 hours of activity into 24
• packing as much learning as possible into my classroom
• packing just one more activity into my schedule
• packing any emotion that couldn't be figured out in a locker somewhere deep inside.

I've now reached a point in my life where I can start unpacking. . .but not quite yet. Oh how I yearn for that time. Suffice it to say, my summer plans include alone time. And time with people who are far enough away to help me unpack in a safe place.
